Please understand equipment is in high demand so we respectfully request cancellation 6 hours prior to appointment to avoid your account being charged and allow others time to schedule.

• If you cancel with less than 6 hours you will be charged 25% of the service.
• If you are a no show you will be charged in full for missed appointment.
• If you are late to appointment we may not be able to accommodate you and you will be charged 25% of the service or you may wait until after next client finishes their scheduled treatment.

It is understandable emergency situations are unavoidable and may prevent cancellation within required time frame. Charges for late or missed appointments may be discussed with manager; full refund may be applied or charges applied to next appointment.
